This machine has an integrated pc board that gives alarm and error signals during the wrapping cycles (on a touch screen 7.2’’). Moreover, there is a luminous system at the top of the column that informs the operators if machine is working, in home position or in error/emergency.

Stretch wrapper features
The rotating turntable of the E-Wrap 1000A has a diameter of 1500 mm and a maximum loading capacity of 1500Kg. The table rotation is activated by a driving chain and controlled by a magnetic sensor which verifies the number of rounds, the slowdown times and the home position of the table at the end of the working cycle. The standard column allows to wrap pallets up to a height of 2200mm. The carriage is equipped with mechanical brake and a photoelectric sensor for detecting products.
Touch screen functions
From the home page of the touch screen , it is possible to program many wrapping parameters in a very simple and intuitive way: number of wrapping rounds at the top and at the bottom of the pallet, number of cycles top and down of the carriage, turntable speed rotation, speed of the carriage, setting the photocell delay for the stretch film overlap.
Moreover, there are other integreted functions like the manual mode wrapping cycle, administrator system settings, a record of the machine job statistics and a technical area for monitoring the input and output signals, historical alarm database, maintainance operations done on the stretch wrapper.
